23rd Gene Key. The Alchemy of Simplicity

Gene Key 23 explores the evolutionary movement from confusion → simplicity → quintessence. When the body and mind carry unresolved emotional, neurological, or energetic patterns, clarity can become clouded by mental noise and internal pressure.

The purpose of this GMR session is to support the body in recognizing and releasing unnecessary energetic patterns so greater coherence and simplicity can emerge.

Suggested Practice While Watching

1. Breathe slowly and naturally
Allow your breathing to deepen and slow. Inhale through the nose and exhale gently, allowing the nervous system to relax.

2. Use EFT or the 4 point technique
This helps your limbic system understand the changes occurring.

3. Stay present with sensations
While watching the visual patterns and codes, notice what arises in the body and mind. You may experience sensations, emotions, memories, or shifts in awareness.

4. Acknowledge energy that surfaces
If uncomfortable or unnecessary energy comes to the surface, simply acknowledge it without resistance. Allow it to move through rather than holding onto it.

5. Allow recalibration and insight
Remain open to the possibility of clarity, emotional release, or new understanding emerging naturally as the body reorganizes its internal patterns.

There is nothing to force. Presence, breathing, and awareness are the most supportive ways to work with this session.

Many people find that watching multiple times allows deeper layers of recalibration and understanding to unfold.
