My Chakras are Alive and Ready to Heal
Your chakras are energy centers constantly talking—to your body, your mind, your surroundings, and yes, every imbalance you’ve been dragging around from your past. They’re not subtle. They feel everything.
So think of something you’re ready to be done with: a car accident, an injury, a surgery, a humiliation, a heartbreak, a trauma—whatever still has its hooks in you.
Write down everything you know about that moment. The facts, the feelings, the pieces you still carry.
When you’re done, fold the paper in half. That’s your signal to your system: we’re closing this chapter.
Now start the video. Gently massage one of the points from the four-point technique. Breathe slowly in and out through your nose. And give yourself permission—real permission—to heal. Let your body release the emotional attachment to the past, so your chakras can realign and you can find to center.
Now tear up the paper and throw it away. You are finished with that chapter of your life.
