Root Chakra

It’s also the storage unit for fear, insecurity, lack of safety, and old anxiety—it can feel like the dark basement where past experiences like to hide.

When the root chakra is under active, you may feel low energy, back or pelvic pain, and even financial instability. When it’s overactive, you may feel irritable, defensive, rigid, or stuck in survival mode.

Balancing the root chakra is essential for dissolving emotional attachments to past trauma and supporting your physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual well-being.

Remember: your GMR video does the heavy lifting through the coding. Your breath and the four-point technique help rewire your limbic and nervous system so your body can function from a more stable, grounded baseline.

Practice in any position—sitting, standing, lying down. Can’t sleep? Play the video in bed and begin healing your relationship with sleep, safety, and rest.

Write down what you want to improve in your life and what you’re ready to release from your past. Fold the paper in half. Turn on the video. Massage one of the four points, breathe slowly through your nose, and give yourself permission to heal.

The transformation happens deep inside.
And yes—you absolutely have the ability to heal.
