Sacral Chakra

When it’s imbalanced, the signs show up fast: emotional numbness, shame, oversensitivity, addictive patterns, low libido, creative blocks, guilt, or difficulty trusting others. Physically, it can contribute to hip tension, lower abdominal discomfort, or reproductive imbalances.

Healing the sacral chakra frees the emotional residue of past relationships, heartbreaks, betrayals, self-rejection, and moments where you shut yourself down to survive. Restoring this chakra supports emotional flexibility, healthy desire, intuition, creativity, and a deeper sense of personal power.
