When the heart chakra is balanced, you feel supported, trusting, loving, and at ease with yourself and others.

Healing the heart chakra helps you release old betrayals, grief, guilt, and the moments where you shut down to protect yourself. Balancing this chakra opens you back up to love, compassion, trust, and the steady inner warmth you were born with.
