Throat Chakra

When the throat chakra is balanced, you express yourself clearly, honestly, and confidently without fear of judgment.

When imbalanced, it can create fear of speaking, people-pleasing, shutting down, over explaining, dishonesty, or difficulty asking for what you need. Physically, it may present as neck tension, jaw tightness, thyroid imbalances, or chronic throat irritation.

Healing the throat chakra releases the moments you were silenced, shamed, misunderstood, or afraid to express your truth. Balancing this chakra strengthens courage, clarity, honesty, and your ability to speak with conviction.

Your GMR video handles the internal realignment. Use the 4-point technique and slow nasal breathing to help calm the survival patterns that keep your voice suppressed.

Before beginning, write down what you want to release—fear of judgment, shame, self-censorship, or old communication wounds. Then write what you want to embody: confidence, clarity, honesty, expression, and truth.

Fold the paper. Turn on the video. Massage one point, breathe through your nose, and let your voice return to you.

When finished, tear up and throw the paper away. It is done.

Your truth has been waiting patiently to be spoken.
